Blue Ray

Adopted 5-08-05

Blue Ray is the newest addition to Herman and Mary's family. He will have two 12 year old lab/dalmation brothers to play with. One is much more excited to have him there then the other! Luckily Blue Ray learned within the first few minutes he was there that Bo wants to play with him and Fritz does not. Their son also has two danes that visit often, so Blue Ray will have plenty of play time and lots of people around to give him all the love he deserves.

Maya

Adopted 5-10-05

Maya went to her forever home with Rodney and Meredith in Littleton. She currently has three cats to keep her company. They weren't so sure about her at first, but will learn to love her! Her new parents are also hoping to adopt a second Dane from RMGDRI as soon as Maya has had time to settle into her new home so that she will have someone to chase and wrestle with in her great big, new back yard. Maya had a brand new collar, leash, and toys awaiting her arrival. She will be extremely loved and spoiled by her new parents! In fact, she was drooling over a huge bone they bought her as a welcome home present and she looked quite comfy curled up on the rug pigging out when I left.

Queen

Adopted 5-20-05

Queen went to her forever home with Tyler, Tamara, and their son Tommy in Broomfield. She has a new Dane brother and 2 cats to play with and it was love at first sight for them all! Brock and Queen wrestled and played chase in the yard to the point of exhaustion. Brock showed his new sister how to use the dog door and the importance of emerging the entire snout when drinking water out of a bowl. He was even nice enough to share some of the water with the rest of us innocent by standers. Queen will be extremely loved and spoiled just like she deserves!

Tess

Adopted 5-20-05

Tess went to her forever home with Rebecca in Parker. Tess has a new cat to keep her company and chase. Her new mom went crazy at Petsmart in preparation for the arrival of her new baby and will shower Tess with all the love and attention she could possibly desire! There are neighbors with a Dane puppy and Tess' little tail went crazy at the scent of him so she will enjoy many hours of play dates in the future. Rebecca would like to become a volunteer so we look forward to seeing both she and Tess at upcoming events.

Rex

Adopted 5-22-05

Rex went to his forever home with Kristi and her two Danes. Petey is thrilled to have a new playmate and Annie will show him the ropes. Both of Kristi's existing Danes have been rescued, so Rex is in very good hands. He will be spoiled rotten and will have all the love and couches a boy could dream of!

Gage

Adopted 5-23-05

Gage went to his forever home with Austyn in Englewood. Austyn is one of our very own amazing volunteers and we look forward to seeing Gage at lots of upcoming events. Gage has a new lab mix brother named Cosmo to play with and he will be incredibly spoiled!

Milo (formerly Ulyssess)

Adopted 5-24-05

Ulysses went to his forever home with Julie in Aurora. Julie is a sheriff deputy and will make sure that he is safe from harm the rest of his life. He has a new Dane sister named Millie who let him know immediately who was in charge. Ulysses graciously bowed down to her and accepted her as Top Dog. By the end of my visit, tails were wagging and Millie was showing signs of wanting to play with her new angel brother. Julie is committed to continuing Ulysses care at Eye Specialists for Animals in Denver and will be getting him cataract surgery when the time comes. There is a dog park right by his new house, so he will get lots of play time and exercise. Ulysses had a basket full of new toys and will be spoiled rotten!

Kingston

Adopted 6-1-05

Kingston went to his forever home with Anthony in Walsenburg. He will have two other dogs and two cats to play with! Anthony is very committed to being the best Dane owner possible and will make sure that Kingston is spoiled rotten and receives the best care available. He will continue to work on his socialization and reassure him that no one is going to hurt him and he is safe. Anthony looks forward to taking Kingston everywhere with him!

Gwenyvere

Adopted 6-4-05

Gwenyvere went to her forever home with Irene and her daughter Julie in Greenwood Village. She has two cats named Monica and Chandler to play with who were also rescued. Her new family could not be more thrilled with their newest addition and plan to spoil Gwen rotten! Irene would also like to become a volunteer and foster family, so we are very excited to see Gwen at future events.
