Makai (formerly Dodge)

Adopted 8-28-06

Dodge went to his forever home with Jenn & Shawn in Denver. He has a Dane brother named Odin, who was also adopted from RMGDRI, to play with. His parents are volunteers with the rescue, so we are very happy we will get the opportunity to watch him grow and flourish in his new home. Dodge will be very loved and spoiled and will receive only the best of care for the rest of his days. His new parents have decided to rename him Makai.

Debo

Adopted 8-30-06

Debo went to his forever home with Josh and Hoa in Denver. He will be the only dog, however, they do dogsit for a lab named Sadie regularly so he will have a buddy to play with. His new daddies already had a leash, collar, new name tag, and a gentle leader waiting for their new addition. Josh works from home which means Debo will rarely have to be left alone. They could hardly contain their excitement and will make sure this gentle giant lives the life of pampering he deserves.

Skye

Adopted 8-30-06

Skye went to her forever home with Candice in Denver. She has a new Dane sister named Shiloh, who was also adopted from the rescue, so she is in good hands! Candice is also a volunteer so we look forward to seeing them all at upcoming events. She couldn't get over how beautiful her new baby is. Skye will be extremely loved and well-cared for for the rest of her life.

ShyAnn (formerly Cinder)

Adopted 9-2-06

Cinder went to her forever home with Mary. She has a German Shepherd sister and a Cattle Dog brother. Tonka was abandoned near Mary's office and it took a year for her to catch her and months for her to let her touch her, so she is in wonderful hands and has lots of patience to help her gain confidence. She also has Dane experience and will make sure Cinder gets only the best of care and lots of love!

AJ (formerly Odin)

Adopted 8-30-06

Odin went to his forever home with Paige in Denver. He has a Dane brother named Juliun who was also adopted from the rescue and his new mom is a volunteer, so he is in wonderful hands! We are thrilled to see this boy transform from a scared, breeding machine to a happy-go-lucky, goofy Dane with his tail high and wagging as it should be. Paige has decided to rename her new addition AJ, which means "he who wins the struggle".

Jackson (formerly Gus)

Adopted 9-6-06

Gus went to his forever home with Julie in Denver. She is fully committed to helping him through his heartworm recovery and he will be the only dog and spoiled rotten. Once he is feeling better, she lives right by Stapleton dog park, so he will have plenty of playtime with other dogs. Julie had a new bed, bowls, and a gentle leader awaiting the arrival of her handsome new addition and could hardly contain her excitement.

Triton

Adopted 9-8-06

Triton went to his forever home with Anne, Adam, and their son, Jack, in Boulder. He will be the only dog and Anne is a stay at home mom, so he will get lots and lots of attention and will rarely have to be alone. His new parents have Dane experience, so he is in good hands and they will make sure that he only receives the best of care and is spoiled rotten, just like he deserves. Triton's new home is near a lot of great hiking trails and parks and his new family can't wait to take him out and show him off.

Achilles

Adopted 9-10-06

Achilles went to his forever home with Larry in Casper. He has a new Dane sister named Sade and a Dalmatian sister named Belle. He and Sade hit it off immediately and were romping and wrestling in true Dane fashion. His new dad couldn't get over how handsome his new addition was and was nice enough to drive all the way to Denver to pick him up. Achilles will be very loved!

Inca (formerly Dopey)

Adopted 9-10-06

Dopey went to his forever home with Lori & Justin in Centennial. He has a new Dane sister named Maya and they also foster for us, so he'll have lots of Dane friends to play with! His new parents are going back to school to become vets, so they will make sure that both their Dane babies receive only the best of care. Dopey will be extremely loved and spoiled for the rest of his life!

Horton (formerly Harley)

Adopted 9-10-06

Harley went to his forever home with Teresa & Colin in Evergreen. They adopted their Dane/Lab mix, Ernie, from RMGDRI also. They were fostering Harley and simply fell in love and couldn't bare the thought of saying goodbye. Harley also has a super-sized lab sister named Morgan and they plan to continue fostering so that he will have lots of friends to play with. Harley's new name is Horton and he will be very spoiled!

Duke

Adopted 9-15-06

Duke went to his forever home with Scott in Palmer Lake. His new dad grew up with Danes and is thrilled to have another in the house again. He works from home, so he has plenty of time to work on training and will give him lots and lots of attention. Scott is an avid hiker and looks forward to taking his new addition exploring with him. Duke is in wonderful hands!
