Yukon

Adopted 9-28-06

Yukon went to his forever home with Robert & Martha in Grand Junction. He has a lab mix sister to show him the ropes and his new dad is retired, so someone is home almost all the time. They will have lots of time to work on training and he will get all the love and attention a boy could dream of. His parents are thrilled to have another Dane in the house again and will make sure he receives only the best of care.

Montana (formerly Tink)

Tink went to her forever home with Laura and her 3 kids in Brighton. They had a brand new collar and pink elephant for her, which she loved! Her new family was very excited to get her home to introduce her to their other Great Dane named Daisy and their 2 Dachshunds. Her new mom works just blocks from home and plans to come home every day at lunch. Tink will be very loved and spoiled the rest of her days!

Porter (formerly Abou)

Abou went to his forever home with Jacquelyne & Nelson in Aurora. He has a new Dane sister named Samantha and a Lab brother named Dodger. They hand fed their current rescue Dane from the time she was 2 days old, so he is in good hands. Someone is home almost all the time, so he will rarely have to be left alone. They are naming him Porter and they already have a bed with his new name embroidered on it. They were very excited to get him home to introduce him to the rest of the family!

Duke (formerly Scooby Doo)

Scooby Doo went to his forever home with Kendra & Matt in Fort Collins. He will be the only dog and has a cat to keep him company, so he will be very spoiled with lots of attention! Someone is home almost all the time, so he will rarely be left alone. They were very excited about their new addition and had purchased a brand new gentle leader, leash, bowls, and toys in preparation for his arrival.

Madison (formerly Lucy)

Lucy went to her forever home with Katie in Omaha. Katie adopted her current two Danes, Reagan & Huxley, through RMGDRI also. She is also a volunteer, so we are very happy that she will be in such good hands! Lucy's new mom has anxiously been preparing for her arrival and will make sure that she is spoiled rotten and receives only the best of care!

Tahoe went to his forever home with Damon & Maria in Denver. He has a Dane sister named Abby to play and to show him the ropes. His new parents are recently married and were thrilled to add another Dane baby to their family. They could hardly contain their excitement and will make sure that he receives the best of care!

Xena (formerly Rhadja)

Rhadja went to her forever home with Robert, Selena, and their two kids in Fort Collins. She has a Dane mix brother, a cat, and a hamster to keep her company. They have decided to rename her Xena and had a new collar and leash ready for her. The kids were very excited and their son even wore his batman pajamas to make the occasion complete! Someone is home during the day, so Xena will get lots of love and attention.

Mowgley

Mowgley went to his forever home with Dr. Michael & Zach in Golden. He has two Great Danes named Biko and Darwin, a French Bulldog named Talula, a Scarlet Macaw named Iris, a Green-winged Macaw named Claudius, a Toco Toucan named Desdemona and a Black Palm Cockatoo named Othello to play with. His new daddies are co-owners of one of our wonderful rescue vets, Canyon Animal Hospital. We are incredibly grateful that he has found such an amazing new home!
