Speckles

Adopted 10-21-06

Speckles went to her forever home with Adam & Stephanie in Kansas City. She has a Blue Heeler brother and 2 cats to keep her company. Her new parents had made a trip to the pet store in preparation for the arrival of their new addition and could hardly contain their excitement! Speckles will be very loved and spoiled for the rest of her days.

Duke

Adopted 10-21-06

Duke went to his forever home with Scott & Hillary in Franktown. He has a Dane mix sister named Millie, a Dane brother named Logan, and a Dane puppy sister named Sophie, to play with. They hit it off immediately and it was definitely love at first sight for all! They are thrilled to have another goofy Fawn male in the house again after losing Desmond earlier this year. They are truly one big, happy family now and he will be very loved and spoiled! His new parents are volunteers and foster for us, so he is in wonderful hands.

Melia Ragazza (formerly Nessa)

Adopted 10-21-06

Nessa went to her forever home with Kathie in Littleton. She has 3 cats to keep her company and will be the only dog and spoiled rotten! Kathie's daughter adopted 2 Danes from RMGDRI, so she will have lots of Dane friends to get together for play dates with. Her new mom is home most of the time, so she will have lots of time to devote to training and loving her new baby. She had a brand new pretty pink collar and matching leash awaiting her arrival. Kathie has also decided to rename her Melia Ragazza which means "Diva" in Italian.

Chloe

Adopted 10-24-06

Chloe went to her forever home with Thomas & Frances in Lander. She has a Dane mix brother named Opie and a Dane brother named Bob, who was also adopted from RMGDRI, to keep her company. Her new parents are retired and live in the country and have lots of time to spend making sure their dogs are very loved and spoiled. Frances is looking forward to having an old girl in the house to relax on the couch with while the boys go out exploring. We are so grateful that they have opened their heart and home to one of our senior citizens!

Dane-a

Adopted 10-28-06

Dane-a went to her forever home with Mari, Kent, and their daughter Reina in Westminster. She has a Golden Retriever brother named Karma, a Boston Terrier named Shippo, and a cat to play with. Her new mom works from home, so she will rarely have to be alone. They had a brand new gentle leader, leash & matching collar for their new baby and start obedience classes tomorrow. Dane-a will be very loved and spoiled, just like she deserves!

Boomer

Adopted 10-29-06

Boomer went to his forever home with Aileen and her daughter in Littleton. He will be the only dog, but does have 3 cats to play with. His new family is very excited to spoil him rotten with all the love and attention a guy could dream of. He had the zoomies around his great big, new backyard and Aileen looks forward to taking him for lots of walks. They were on their way to the pet store to buy a new gentle leader, leash, and collar for their new addition after we left.

Harley

Adopted 11-4-06

Harley went to his forever home with Cateline and Bruce in Evans. He has a Dachshund brother and sister named Duke and Lexi to play with. His new mom had a brand new collar with a shiny gold tag with his name on it when we arrived. Harley was very tolerant of his yappy friends and we feel confident they will all be best friends very soon. He will be very loved and spoiled for the rest of his days.

Toby (formerly Fletcher)

Adopted 11-4-06

Fletcher went to his forever home with Claudia in Loveland. He has a Bull Terrier and Mastiff brothers to play with. His new mom also does foster care for adults with disabilities, so he has two other friends in wheelchairs to spoil him with lots of attention also. Someone is home all day and his mom has a van with the seats out so that she can take the "kids" everywhere with her, including frequent trips to the dog park. They have decided to rename him Toby and he will be very loved and spoiled!

Bocephus

Adopted 11-5-06

Bo went to his forever home with Marc & Christine in Aurora. He has a Golden/Boxer mix brother and a cat to play with. His new mom works at VCA Wingate, one of our rescue vets, so he is in good hands. They were so excited about their new addition that he brought tears to his mom's eyes. He will be extremely loved and spoiled for the rest of his days!

Taylor (formerly Lily)

Adopted 11-5-06

Lily went to her forever home with Jim and Patricia in Peyton. She has a German Shepherd brother name Baron and they were friends right from the start! She also has 2 cats and horses to meet when she gets home. Her new dad is a vet who has Dane experience, so she is in wonderful hands! Her new mom works from home and does behavior consultations, so she will have lots of time to work with her and spoil her rotten. They had a brand new leash, collar, and toys for their new baby and could hardly contain their excitement. We are also happy they would like to become volunteers and look forward to seeing them all at future events!
