Kara

Adopted 4-26-06

Kara went to her forever home with Sharon & Wayne in Elizabeth. She has a Dalmatian sister, an Anatolian Pyrenees brother, and a cat to keep her company. Her new parents recently lost their previous Dane to hemangiosarcoma, so they are thrilled to have another Dane in the house again and she is in experienced hands. They look forward to taking their new baby to the dog park and everywhere they can to continue her socialization and will make sure that she is spoiled rotten and gets everything that she needs!

Denali (formerly Sampson)

Adopted 4-27-06

Sampson went to his forever home with Heidi, Joel, and their 3 kids in Broomfield. He has a huge new yard to play in with his new sister, Daisy the Dane, and his new brother, Oreo to lab mix. His new family was so excited that they were waiting on the front porch when he arrived. Someone is home almost all the time so Sampson will rarely be left alone and will get all the love and attention a dog could dream of! They also have lots of Dane experience, so he is in good, experienced hands and they will make sure he gets everything he needs for the rest of his life.

Sasha

Adopted 4-29-06

Sasha went to her forever home with Randy & Sandi in Johnstown. They adopted their first Dane, Maggie(formerly Millie), from RMGDRI, so she is good hands! Sasha will also have a cat to keep her company as well. Someone is home during the day, so she will rarely have to be left alone. Her new parents look forward to taking her for lots of walks and trips to the park. Sasha will be spoiled rotten, just like she deserves!

Maggie (formerly Sinte-Glesh-Ka)

Adopted 5-6-06

Sinte-Glesh-Ka went to her forever home with Scott & Autumn in Wichita. They are fellow volunteers, so she is in good hands! She will be the only dog and spoiled absolutely rotten. Her new parents have decided to rename her Maggie. They also drove all the way here from Wichita to come pick her up and they will be staying at the Hotel Monaco (very pet friendly) downtown for a luxurious evening of pampering before they hit the road and head back home tomorrow. We are so happy this special girl found someone to love her the rest of her days!

Doggo (formerly Hoss)

Adopted 5-6-06

Hoss went to his forever home with Karren and her daughter, Makenzie, in Parker. They have lots of Dane experience and are thrilled to have another counter surfer and couch potato in the house again. His new family has decided to rename him Doggo. They had a beautiful raised feeder for him and big plans for shopping and grooming over the next couple of days! Doggo will be extremely loved and spoiled by his new family.

Bellatrix LeStrange (formerly Mocha)

Adopted 5-7-06

Mocha went to her forever home with Peyton and Amy in Littleton. She has a new Dane brother named Dumbledore who is big and goofy and just wants to play. Dummy had no problem letting his new sister be in charge and within minutes they were chasing each other around the yard and wrestling. Her new parents have decided to rename her Bellatrix LeStrange to stay with the Harry Potter theme. They have lots of Dane experience, so Mocha is in wonderful hands!

Truffle

Adopted 5-7-06

Truffle went to her forever home with Anique in Helper. Her new mom is very sweet and we feel confident that she will give Truffle all the love and patience she needs. She’ll be an only dog, but Anique is over at her parents’ house every day (or vice versa), and they have a bunch of rescued dogs for Truffle to play with. We are so happy that this sweet angel has found her perfect home at last!

Percy

Adopted 5-7-06

Percy went to her forever home with Traci in Grand Junction. She has two cats to chase and play with, but will be the only dog and spoiled rotten! Someone is home almost all the time and he will rarely have to be left alone. Jimmy was so excited about his new addition that he was showing him off to all of his friends last night! He also owns a company that benefits non-profits, so we look forward to finding out how we can work together soon. Jimmy will make sure Petie gets whatever he needs for the rest of his life!

Bella

Adopted 5-13-06

Bella went to her forever home with Matt & his girlfriend Rhonda in Castle Rock. Matt grew up with Danes and is experienced with the breed. Rhonda works just a few minutes from home and can come home as needed. Bella will be the only dog and spoiled rotten! Adopted 5-15-06

Suzy went to her forever home with Garrett and Jessica in Telluride. She has a new Dane brother named Levi to play with and keep her company. They will spare no expense at making sure she receives the best care possible! They have decided to rename her L.C.

He has a new German Shepherd sister named "Honor", a Llasa Apso sister named "Maggie", and two cats named Martin and Django to keep him company. His new mom is a vet at VCA Wingate and will make sure that he gets whatever he needs to stay happy and healthy for many years to come! He had a brand new collar and name tag awaiting his arrival and will be very loved and spoiled.

Abby

Adopted 5-19-06

Abby went to her forever home with Cliff in Denver. She will be the only dog and spoiled to her little heart's desire! Her new dad looks forward to taking her for lots of runs, walks, and trips to the park once she has fully recovered from her heartworm. Cliff was very excited about his new addition and will make sure that she gets everything she needs to live a long and happy life!
