Brandy

Adopted 5-11-07

Brandy went to her forever home with Paul & Kim in Derby. They were fostering her and fell in love! They have been through a lot together as they have nursed her back to health. They have played a key role in her rehabilitation and teaching her what love and family is all about. She completes their family which currently consists of a Lab mix named Sam and a Dane named Molly. Molly was also adopted from RMGDRI and they all love to play together. Brandy will be loved and spoiled for the rest of her life and is in wonderful hands!

Juliet

Adopted 5-12-07

Juliet went to her forever home with Mike in Parker. She will be the only dog for now and he will be working with her to help gain some confidence and help her grow into a well adjusted young lady! Juliet had a new leash, collar and raised feeder waiting for her when she got there! She will get plenty of walks with her new dad and get to meet lots of new people. Mike intends to enroll her in obedience school soon to help with her confidence and socialization. She will be very loved and well cared for!

Madaleine (formerly Jersey)

Adopted 5-12-07

Jersey went to her forever home with Tera in Westminster. She is the only dog for now and will be spoiled rotten! Tera takes walks every morning before work and now Jersey will get to go with her! Tera came to the event today and was thrilled to get to meet Jersey. She left thinking she would wait until her floors in her house were done, but decided she couldn't wait another day to bring Jersey home! She came right back to the event to take Jersey home with her! Tera is so excited to have another Dane in her life after losing her other baby! Jersey got a new leash and gentle leader and we are sure more goodies are coming soon!

Hamish

Adopted 5-12-07

Hamish went to his forever home with Brian and Katherine in Morrison. Hamish has a new 3 year old Golden Retreiver brother to show him the ropes. Katherine is a teacher, so will have lots of free time this summer to spend with Hamish as he grows! They were both very excited with their new addition!

Argyle

Adopted 5-12-07

Argyle went to his forever home with Ryan, Jennifer and their 7 month old Dane in Thornton. The entire family came to the Dog Wash today to pick up their new addition, and they couldn't believe how cute their new puppy was! Argyle's new brother got so excited that he got every Dane at the event barking! They are going to have a very busy house with their two young Danes, but are very excited to watch them grow up together!

Sweetness (formerly Dori)

Adopted 5-16-07

Dori went to her forever home in Lone Tree with Randy, Tonya and two sheltie brothers named Leo and Scoober. (Leo did not feel like participating in the family photo!) They recently lost their Shepherd/Dane mix, so are thrilled to have another dane mix in the house. They are incredibly dedicated to giving Dori the best care, and thought she was darling. Randy is from Chicago, so they have changed her name to " Sweetness". There were toy boxes all over the house, and Dori was lounging on the couch when I left!

Chelsea (formerly Fye)

Adopted 5-17-07

Fye, who is now known as Chelsea, went to her forever home with Susan and Michael in Ken Caryl. Chelsea joins Marley, who was also adopted from RMGDRI, along with 2 cats. Once she is healthy, she will be enjoying morning and afternoon walks, and if the weather gets too bad she will enjoy a car ride instead! Susan and Michael are very dedicated to nursing her back to health, and think she is the perfect addition to their family!

Hercules

Adopted 5-17-07

Hercules went to his forever home with Jamie and Dale in Castle Rock. Hercules and his new Dane sister hit it off within minutes and were playing like brother and sister the whole time we were there! He has a three day weekend with his new mom and Dane sister Bella to help him get adjusted to his new home. He had multiple bags of dog toys and treats waiting for him! He will be spoiled for the rest of his life just like his sister in his new home!

Malbec (formerly Crush)

Adopted 5-19-07

Crush went to his forever home with Michele and David in Castle Rock. He has a new Basset Hound brother, Boxer mix and Yellow Lab sister to help him get adjusted to his new home! Crush had a brand new collar and leash and plenty of new toys waiting for him when he arrived. There are plenty of beds all over the house for him to snooze on too! They have plenty of property to hike on and Crush will soon be going for lots of hikes with them! He will be well cared for and loved for the rest of his life!

Odin (formerly Nigel)

Adopted 5-19-07

Nigel went to his forever home with Adrienne and family in Palmer Lake. He has a new Chihuahua brother, Chihuahua mix sister and a Chow mix sister to show him the ropes in his new home. Nigel will get to go on hikes and walks with his new family who says it is always better to do these activities with their dog! Someone is almost always home to keep him company and work on puppy training! He will be very loved!

Penny

Nokona (formerly Aggie)

Adopted 5-20-07

Aggie went to her forever home with Kris & Cindy in Grand Junction. They have decided to change her name to Nokona. She has two new siblings, a Boxer and a Hound Mix, named Roxie and Lucy. She has a great big new yard to run and play in and someone is home most of the time. Cindy is a police officer, so she is in wonderful hands and they will make sure she is very well cared for for the rest of her life!
