Lexi (formerly Alexandria)

Adopted 3-11-07

Alexandria went to her forever home with Norman & Rhoda in Denver. She has a Shepherd mix sister named "Aspen" and an Anatolian Shepherd brother named "Zeki" to keep her company. She and Zeki hit it off immediately and were running around their big back yard playing chase and wrestling and she was very respectful of her older, ailing sister. She will get lots of love and attention! They have decided to rename her "Lexi".

Bruce (formerly Zeus)

Adopted 3-11-07

Zeus went to his forever home with Frances & Tom in Lander. He has a Dane mix brother named Opie, a Dane brother named Bob, and a Dane sister named Chloe. All three siblings were rescued and Bob and Chloe were adopted from RMGDRI. His new parents are retired and live in the country. They have lots of land for the dogs to run and play on and are home almost all the time, so he will rarely have to be left alone. His new family has a wonderful vet who will make sure he is as comfortable as possible for whatever time he has left! We are incredibly grateful to Frances & Tom for opening their hearts and home to a Dane with Wobbler's.

Lucy went to her forever home with Jeff, Michelle, their son Shae, and their border collie mix, Junior, in Castle Rock. She got the zoomies in the backyard and was giving everyone Great Dane leans! They already had a name tag and collar for her and were heading to Petsmart to buy raised feeders. Jeff and Michelle thought she was beautiful and had a very peaceful soul. Shae could hardly contain his excitement during the placement and was anxious for playtime with Lucy!

Tallie (formerly Treasure)

Treasure went to her forever home with Jeff & Melissa in Golden. She has two cats to keep her company, but will be the only dog and spoiled rotten! Her new parents want to be volunteers and look forward to coming to upcoming events to show off their pretty new addition. They also plan to see Dr. Mike at Canyon Animal Hospital to continue her vet care, so she will receive only the best of care. Treasure will be very loved and spoiled and they had a brand new leash, collar, and gentle leader for her.

Jasper (formerly Sullivan)

Sully went to his forever home with Kari & Ethan in Denver. He has a Husky brother named Kenai who will show him the ropes. He also has to cats to play with named Leo & Sushi. His new mom is a volunteer and Animal Behaviorist who volunteers her time for the rescue, so he is in wonderful, experienced hands! Kari is also home quite a bit, so she will have plenty of time to work with him and spoil him with all the love and attention a guy could dream of!

Max went to his forever home with Debbie & Gabe in Tooele. He will be the only dog and spoiled rotten, just like he deserves. His new family just lost their previous rescue Dane in January at 11 years old, so he is in wonderful hands. They are thrilled to be able to help save another gentle giant. Max will be very loved.

Portia (formerly Venus)

Venus went to her forever home with Chanda, Bill, and their daughter, Rebecca. They have lots of Dane experience and adopted their current Dane from RMGDRI also, so she is in wonderful hands! She and Duchess were running and playing in the back yard immediately and she also has a Chihuahua sister named Casey to show her the ropes. Her new mom is home quite a bit, so she will get lots of love and attention! They have decided to rename her Portia.
