Annie

Adopted 4-29-07

Annie went to her forever home with Elizabeth & Franco in Lawrence. She has a Dachshund and 2 cats to play with! Her new parents are thrilled to be able to offer a forever home to a senior Dane and will make sure that she is loved and pampered for the rest of her days, just like she deserves! Annie took to her new dad instantly and it was love at first sight. We will have a complete family photo soon!

Gurdy

Adopted 4-29-07

Gurdy went to her forever home with Debbie & her daughter, Tessa, in Salt Lake City. She will be the only dog and spoiled rotten with all the love and attention a girl could dream of! Her new family is very excited about their new addition and even hope to volunteer for the rescue once they get her settled. She will be loved and adored and will receive the best of care for the rest of her life.

Mabel

Adopted 4-29-07

Mabel went to her forever home with Josh and Jessica in Casper. She has a kitten to keep her company for now, but they plan to adopt another Dane for her to play with once they get her settled. They are very excited about giving a special needs Dane a forever home and are excited to keep working with her on hand commands. She will be extremely loved and spoiled and will be very happy in her new home!

Titan

Adopted 5-3-07

Titan went to his forever home with Kaywin & Mike in Lincoln. They were fostering him and couldn't say goodbye! His new parents have tons of Dane experience, so he is in wonderful hands! He fit into their pack perfectly and has a Dane brother to keep him company. Someone is home quite a bit, so he will rarely have to be left alone. Titan will be very loved and spoiled for the rest of his life!

Apollo

Adopted 5-4-07

Apollo went to his forever home with Grace and Sheilah in Littleton. He has a Mini-Schnauzer mix brother named Dorje to run and play chase with and a Giant Schnauzer sister named Rigpa to show him the ropes. Grace has lots of experience with the breed. She got her first Dane in high school and he was deaf also, so Apollo is in wonderful hands! They already have him signed up for obedience classes and will make sure that he gets lots of love and attention.

Truck

Adopted 5-4-07

Truck went to his forever home with Bob, Laurie, and their daughter Christina in Littleton. They fell in love as soon as they saw Truck and think he is gorgeous! They went on a shopping trip just for him yesterday and had all kinds of toys waiting for his arrival. They got him a giant size Kong, treats, gentle leader, new collar, and a leash. His favorite thing was his new "luxury" bed. He made himself comfortable right away, fell asleep, and was snoring before we left. He will need his rest because Christina can't wait to take him on lots of walks!

Macho

Adopted 5-4-07

Macho went to his forever home with Jason, Fatima, and their daughter in Centennial. He made himself right at home and helped himself to the basket of toys. He has a new Doberman sister named Gretchen who is the princess and Macho graciously accepted his role as her humble servant! His new family had a bed waiting for him and a new collar. Jason couldn't wait to take him to work. Macho smothered him in kisses and was clearly already in love.

Bailey (formerly Smiley)

Adopted 5-4-07

Smiley went to her forever home with Gary, Suzy, and their kids in Arvada. She has a Dane mix sister named Kenzie to show her the ropes! Her tail wagged the whole time and she quickly found the plush toys and was lounging on the couch with them when we left. They are thinking of renaming her Bailey and she will be very loved and spoiled for the rest of her life.

Blue

Adopted 5-5-07

Blue went to his forever home with Joanne in Colorado Springs. She recently lost her last Dane, who was also adopted from RMGDRI, and is thrilled to have another gentle giant in the house again! She looks forward to taking him to work with her and he will be the perfect "Wal-mart greeter". Blue has cats to keep him company, but will be the only dog and spoiled rotten.

Drummond

Adopted 5-9-07

Drummond went to his forever home with Lindsay & Linda in Parker. He has a Lab mix sister and a cat to play with! Linda has a flexible job and can work from home if she wants to, so she will be able to spend plenty of time getting their new addition settled. They look forward to taking him for lots of walks and trips to the dog park. They are also fully committed to training so that he grows up to be a good canine citizen. He will be very loved and spoiled!

Raven

Adopted 5-10-07

Raven went to her forever home with Stephanie in Superior. Her new mom trains horses and understands that animals can sense if you are not confident or scared and she immediately took charge as the pack leader. Her new mom looks forward for going on lots of walks and plans to work with a behaviorist to continue her training and socialization. She had a new gentle leader, leash, a very fancy leather collar with rhinestones, toys, crate and raised feeder for her. Raven will be very loved and spoiled for the rest of her life!
