Cooper
Adopted 12-23-2008
Robert, Leslie and their
two sons have been waiting for the right moment to adopt a Dane
after losing their Dane 7 months ago. Cooper was the right Dane
for them. They welcomed him into their home and the entire family
is happy to have a Dane in the house again. His foster Dad reports...He
loves his new home and is his Mommy's baby. He follows her around
like a shadow. He has gotten his self-confidence up. He is standing
proud and tall. He no longer squats down in his hindquarters and
he never has his tail between his legs anymore. He has become very
playful and has to get all of his toys out of his basket at once.
He now knows this is his house and he proudly barks to protect it.
He is eating very well and seems to be gaining weight. He has met
all the neighbors and they love him.

Neveah found a wonderful
home with Melissa. Melissa has always wanted a Great Dane, and Neveah
was the perfect older woman. Melissa said she just fell in love
with Neveah's huge smile on her website photo, and couldn't wait
to bring her home. When Melissa arrived to pick up Neveah, she strutted
her stuff showing off every toy she could find. Neveah went home
with brand new jewelry, and a wonderful mom that will spoil her

Kong
Adopted 12-23-2008
Kong came to Rescue with
baggage to say the least. However, with several sessions with RMGDRI's
behaviorist and diligent work by this foster family he came a long
way. After working with him for so long, Jackie and her family,
could not bear to part with him so he became a foster failure. Kong
truly enjoys his new family and feels safe and secure with them. |
