Brutus

Adopted 1-30-08

Brutus went to his forever home with Shannon in Denver. His new moms owned Labs in the past, so she is thrilled to have the best of both breeds! She looks forward to taking her new addition for lots of walks and trips to the dog park. Shannon also works from home, which means that Brutus will get lots of love and attention and she'll have plenty of time to work with him on training and socialization.

Emma

Adopted 1-31-08

Emma went to her forever home with Robin & Mike in Castle Rock. She has a German Shepherd/Sheba Inu mix sister named Isabel to show her the ropes and two cats to play with! Her new parents foster and volunteer for the rescue, so she is in wonderful hands. They were thrilled with their new addition and thinks she is just beautiful! She will be very loved and spoiled.

Bayer

Adopted 1-31-08

Bayer went to his forever home with Mike, Lori, and their two kids. He has a Lhaso Apso brother named Bailey and a Lab brother named Boone. They were very excited to meet their new addition and were watching out the window for our arrival. They had a new collar, gentle leader, and leash waiting for Bayer. Lori and her mom had even sewn a brand new big dog bed for him. Everyone got along wonderfully and the kids were excitedly hugging and petting Bayer the whole time. Lori is a stay at home mom and home most of the time, so he will get all the love and attention a guy could dream of!

Misty

Adopted 2-1-08

Misty went to her forever home with Bill and Larissa in Wheat Ridge. She has a cat named Whisper to keep her company and will be the only dog. Her new parents could hardly wait to meet her and look forward to spoiling her with lots of attention! They also are looking forward to taking her for lots of walks and will do everything they can to ensure she has many good years ahead of her. Larissa had two Blue Danes previously and is absolutely thrilled to continue the tradition with another gentle giant in their home to love and cherish!

Gracie

Adopted 2-1-08

Gracie went to her forever home with Brandy, Silas, and their three children in Bennett. She has a Dane/Shepherd mix brother, a Sharpei mix brother, 3 cats, and rabbits to play with! All of their pets are rescues, clearly part of the family, and they were all thrilled to welcome a gentle giant to the mix! Her new family thinks she is just beautiful and already adore her. They look forward to lots of playtime and will make sure to give her proper leadership as she continues to grow and mature!

 

Daphne

Adopted 2-2-08

Daphne went to her forever home with Emily & Kevin in Colorado Springs. She and her new Dane sister, Savannah, were play-bowing and romping around in minutes. Daphne gave her new parents lots of kisses and tail wags and they thought she was beautiful. They had a new gentle leader, collar, name tag, lots of toys, and a new bed waiting for their new arrival. Someone is home a lot so Daphne will seldom be left alone and they look forward to taking their dogs with them for hikes, vacations, and wherever they can!

Lady

Adopted 2-3-08

Lady went to her forever home with Lori, Dave, and their two kids in Parker. They have a Dane/Lab mix named Joe, who they rescued as well, 2 cats, and 3 horses for her to play with! Her new mom works from home part-time as well, so she'll get lots of attention. They thought she was just beautiful and everyone got along well! They will make sure she is spoiled and pampered like she deserves for the rest of her life.

Clayton (formerly Earl)

Adopted 2-4-08

Earl went to his forever home with Doug, Tracey, and their 3 boys in Castle Rock. He has a new older mixed sister to show him the ropes and a kitty brother to keep him company. His new family couldn't get over how sweet and handsome he is! They had a brand new dog bed for him and are planning on more shopping for their new addition so he can pick some things out. Tracey works from home which means that Earl will rarely be left alone and will get to go on lots of car rides with his new mom. They are committed to giving him the best of care and helping him gain lots of weight so that he will be even more handsome than he already is!

Lazlo (formerly Blitzen)

Adopted 2-6-08

Blitzen went to his forever home with Sean, Gina, and their 2 kids in Lyons. The family adopted from us previously, but have no pets currently, so he will be the only dog and spoiled rotten! They couldn't believe how handsome their new addition is and he seemed equally as happy with his new family. They look forward to continuing to work with him on training and socialization and will make sure he has everything he needs to live a long and happy life with them!

Marmaduke

Adopted 2-9-08

Marmaduke went to his forever home with Leslie in Westminster. He has 2 cats to keep him company! His new mom looks forward to taking him for lots of walks and trips to the dog park. She also did quite a bit of shopping in preparation for the arrival of her new addition to make sure he had everything he needed to feel safe and happy in her home. Leslie is committed to continued training and will spoil and love this sweet boy, just like he deserves!

Sophie (formerly Violet)

Adopted 2-9-08

Violet went to her forever home with Dave and Sue in Pleasanton. She has 2 cats to play with and lots of land to explore and run around on! Her new parents have a landscaping business and run a vineyard on their farm, so she gets to go to work most days and will rarely be left alone. They are also experienced with working with shy and fearful dogs, so she is in wonderful hands. Dave and Sue will make sure she has all she needs to feel secure in her new environment and look forward to helping her gain more confidence and watching her flourish over time!

Sargent Pepper

Adopted 2-9-08

Sargent Pepper went to his forever home with Daniel and Chandler in Oakley. He has 3 cats to keep him company and someone is home most of the time, so he will rarely have to be left alone. His new parents are very committed to continuing to work with him on training and socialization. They can hardly believe how handsome their new addition is and look forward to spoiling him rotten. Sarge made himself right at home and was snuggling with his new mom on the couch and clearly realizes that he is home at last!

Amelia (formerly Comet)

Adopted 2-15-08

Comet went to her forever home with Chad and Jamie in Colorado Springs. Her new parents were very excited to meet her and had new toys, a bed, bowls, and gentle leader waiting for her. They have decided to rename her Amelia and her new mom is home during the day and very excited to have a Dane companion to keep her company. Her new dad is a firefighter and home quite a bit as well, so she'll get plenty of attention. Comet's parents look forward to becoming volunteers and showing her off at future events.

Suzy

Adopted 2-16-08

Suzy went to her forever home with Leigh Anne & Jon in Highlands Ranch. She has a Rhodesian Ridgeback sister to show her the ropes and she immediately rolled over onto her back in submission to her new sister who likes to be the boss! Someone is home during the day, so she will rarely have to be left alone. Her new parents look forward to taking her for lots of walks and hikes and are committed to obedience training. They will make sure she is happy and healthy forever.

Diesel

Adopted 2-16-08

Diesel went to his forever home with Paul and Dana in Castle Rock. It was love at first sight for them all! They couldn't get over what a handsome boy he is and are thrilled to have another gentle giant to call their own. They are experienced with the breed, so he is in wonderful hands. They look forward to continuing his obedience training and spoiling him rotten with all the love and attention a guy could dream of!

Blue (formerly Sarah)

Adopted 2-19-08

Sarah went to her forever home with Carol in Parker. She has a Dinmont Terrier brother named Henry to play with and it was love at first sight! They were adorable to watch as Sarah laid down on the floor so that that they could wrestle on Henry's level and he played bowed and batted at his new friend. Sarah's new mom was very excited and has decided to rename her "Blue". She couldn't wait to take her to work with her to show her off to her clients and is fully committed to giving her whatever she needs to be healthy and happy in her new home.

Emma (formerly Tina)

Adopted 2-19-08

Tina went to her forever home with Khris and Karyn in Denver. They have experience with the breed and are thrilled to have another gentle giant in the house again! She will be the only dog and spoiled rotten with all the love and attention a girl could dream of. It was love at first sight and they think she is just beautiful. They look forward to taking her for lots of walks and trips to the dog park to play with other dogs. She will receive only the best of care for the rest of her life!

Blue's Pepper

Adopted 2-20-08

Blue's Pepper went to her forever home with Jessica and Chase in Westminster. They were very excited about their new addition and had a huge crate for her to grow into and a bright pink collar! They look forward to taking her for lots of walks and trips to the dog park. They are also committed to obedience training and will make sure she has everything she needs to live a long and happy life with them. She will be the only dog and spoiled rotten, just like she deserves!

Linus (formerly Dunlop)

Adopted 2-23-08

Dunlop went to his forever home with Justin in Colorado Springs. He has a Dane sister named Daisy to play with and she loves her new little brother! Justin has decided to rename him Linus and he can't wait to take him for lots of walks and even to work with him sometimes. He will be very loved and spoiled for the rest of his life!
